Malak Jenny Sadre Orafai is a woman who has overcome incredible odds to achieve her dreams. Born in Iran to a wealthy family, she escaped the country during the Iranian Revolution and came to the United States as a refugee. Despite facing discrimination and prejudice, she went on to earn a degree in engineering and become a successful businesswoman. She is now the founder and CEO of her own company, Malak International LLC, which provides engineering and consulting services to the oil and gas industry. Malak is also a passionate advocate for women's rights and education, and she has established a foundation to help young women in Iran pursue their dreams.

Malak was born in Tehran, Iran, in 1963. Her father was a successful businessman, and her mother was a homemaker. Malak had a privileged upbringing, and she attended the best schools in Iran. However, her life changed dramatically when the Iranian Revolution began in 1978. The revolution led to the overthrow of the Shah of Iran and the establishment of an Islamic republic. The new government was hostile to the West, and many Iranians, including Malak's family, were forced to flee the country.
